The Services required are set out as follows: Assist in the preparation of teaching and learning resources. Assist in the preparation of science experiment materials and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the science laboratory. Assist students in carrying out the science experiments under the supervision of the Science teachers. Provide administrative support to the teachers (e.g. preparation of student’s achievement certificates and collation of students’ survey responses). Manage the loan and return of teaching resources and prepare documentation for the condemnation of teaching resources where required. Provide front-desk customer service, including handling walk-in and telephone enquiries from parents as when required. Assist with school printing duties as when required The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: · GCE N-Level Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics; · At least two (2) years of experience in providing teaching support; · At least two (2) years of experience in handling reception duties or equivalent administrative responsibilities. Candidates with prior experience working in a local school environment will be preferred.
