The Corporate Governance and Finance for Financial Services industry team is hiring for experienced recruiters in the following areas:- Compliance Finance (CFO, Financial Controller, FP&A, AP/AR, GL, Tax) Audit (Business Audit or IT Audit) You will get the opportunity to advise global Financial Services organisations (banks, asset management organisations, digital banks, insurance companies etc) in their talent management strategies and to build relationships with their senior management. In addition to knowing the recruitment needs of our clients, it is important for an experienced consultant to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and working culture. A number of International companies have an Asian headquarter in Singapore with regional hiring needs. A key part of this role is to work with clients to ensure their regional hiring needs in the Asia Pacific region are met. The key responsibilities include: Clients Business development and establishing a trusting partnership with new/existing Corporate clients in the Asia region. A crucial part of the role is ensuring that Charterhouse effectively partner our clients in their talent resourcing needs. Candidates Staying close to the senior pool of candidates so that you can identify the best talent for your clients. Key Requirements: A good University degree preferably in the areas which you will be specializing At least 5 years of relevant recruitment and/or corporate industry experiences Business acumen to develop business strategies and to have the continued drive to execute your plans Ability to build genuine long-term relationship with our clients and candidates Passionate and maturity to network with the professional senior working community Effective communication skills, resilient, good follow-up skills, persistent, good organisational and time management skills The selected candidate will have the opportunity
