This role is ideal for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution, and who is excited to help build the operating backbone of a company at an early and formative stage. What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities) Strategy & Problem Solving Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve Nscale’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations. Support key growth initiatives, including market expansion, capacity planning, and organisational scaling. Execution & Ownership Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, from initial concept through to execution and impact. Translate strategy into concrete action plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics. Always be an operator — driving momentum, unblocking teams, and ensuring follow-through. Cross-Functional Enablement Act as a connective tissue across all functions, including People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations. Build alignment across teams with different incentives, timelines, and constraints. Create clarity and alignment across the organisation behind the right decisions. Operational Excellence Identify gaps in processes, tooling, or information flow that slow execution or obscure decision-making. Design and implement systems, workflows, or frameworks that improve how Nscale runs. Help institutionalise best practices while preserving speed and flexibility appropriate for an early-stage company. Learning & Adaptation Rapidly develop context across Nscale’s business model, cost drivers, infrastructure stack, and customer use cases. Continuously refine your approach based on what works (and what doesn’t) in a fast-changing environment. Act as a thought partner to leaders, challenging assumptions with data and first-principles thinking.
