Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Support the coordination and execution of corporate visits, collaborations, and outreach initiatives Liaise with partners, volunteers, and community groups on programmes and visits Maintain partner records, track engagements, and support reporting efforts Assist with follow-ups, communications, and ongoing relationship management 2. Volunteer Management Support the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of individual and group volunteers Assist in scheduling and facilitating volunteer activities and programmes Ensure smooth on-site execution during volunteer sessions and visits Support volunteer engagement and appreciation initiatives, e.g. events, certificates, communications 3. Corporate Communications & Branding Support content development for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across platforms Content creation including coordination of photography, videography, design assets Support updates to website and publicity materials 4. Events & Programme Support Plan and execute events, e.g. partner visits, appreciation events, community engagements Provide logistical and operational support for on-site and off-site activities Coordinate with internal teams to
