You will play a key role in ensuring product visibility, stock availability, and driving sales performance across retail outlets. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Replenish products and ensure shelves are always well-stocked and neatly arranged. Set up and maintain attractive product displays according to company guidelines. Assist in securing better shelf space and display areas within stores. Execute in-store promotions and ensure POSM are placed correctly and on time. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities, and report to the Sales Manager. Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain cleanliness of display areas. Support sales by ensuring strong in-store visibility and product availability. Job Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the FMCG retail industry. Experience in working with supermarkets and retail stores. Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude.
