Responsibilities Answer phone calls, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department to ensure effective communication flow and actions Process customer orders by accurately taking orders, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments to maintain timely revenue collection Print sales reports for delivery personnel to support accurate and efficient delivery operations Verify cash amounts received by salesmen and delivery personnel against invoices to ensure accurate financial transactions Receive “goods order form” from warehouse for purchasing and notify the person-in-charge of any price changes to maintain purchasing accuracy Perform filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and data entry tasks to maintain organized and accessible records Print barcodes for production and branch use to support inventory tracking and management Issue memos to communicate important information within the company promptly Print and review monthly customer statem
