Role Overview This role is focused on driving qualified leads and improving marketing performance across digital channels. As a Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing), you will support and optimise campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, cost efficiency, and conversion improvement. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable outcomes. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working with data, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance through hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimisation Support and optimise digital campaigns across key channels, working closely with external agencies Monitor performance against key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality Identify optimisation opportunities and drive improvements through testing, targeting, and messaging Funnel, Website & Conversion Improvement Take ownership of website performance from a marketing perspective, focusing on improving enquiry and conversion rates Identify and implement enhancements to landing pages, messaging, and call-to-action effectiveness Plan and execute remarketing efforts to re-engage non-converted users Lead Quality & Marketing Alignment Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and conversion trends Translate insights into improvements in targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and business priorities Email & Social Media Exe
