The primary role of the Regional Prevention Specialist (RPS) is to manage funding for procuring prevention services at the regional and community level.
This position will also provide technical assistance to funded providers concerning prevention and will assist in the development of the community prevention infrastructure.
Promoting prevention services to enhance the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities in the region and statewide through a variety of strategies and activities.
