Employment Type: 4 Months Contract Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Regular Office Hours What You’ll Be Doing: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and technical sourcing through job portals and internal databases Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination and follow-ups Conduct verbal job offers and assist in offer management processes Support onboarding activities for new hires Prepare, maintain, and update recruitment and HR documentation Ensure proper filing and maintenance of candidate and employee records Provide administrative support to the HR / Talent Acquisition team Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support Familiar with recruitment processes and comfortable supporting high-volume hiring activities Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks **Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with Subject of "Temp HR Admin", thank you.
