Job Summary

  • Responsible for the manufacturing processes and equipment for General Assembly, developing and implementing sufficiency plans and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work with Manufacturing and Quality departments in problem solving customer issues and developing short term corrective actions as well as long term irreversible solutions.
  • Enforce safe work practices as the highest priority and implement objectives for improved ergonomics, Health/safety, and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a process engineer
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
  • Working knowledge of safety absolutes and policies
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in process engineering
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement GMS principles
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Access preferred
