Responsibilities: Management & Operations: Lead and oversee the overall management and daily operations of the Singapore entity. Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and execute operational and business strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Business Development: Drive business development by building strong relationships with local developers, partners, and relevant authorities to secure projects. Represent the organization in key external engagements and industry networks. Coordination with Overseas HQ: Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure alignment and report on business performance. Monitor operational performance, governance, and compliance with local regulations. Requirements: [MUST] Min 10–20 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management within the architecture industry. Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a Managing Director or equivalent executive role, with full accountability for company P&L and end-to-end business operations, including sales, operations, and back-office functions. Holding a Board of Architects qualification Strong strategic planning, execution, and business development capabilities. [ADVANTAGE] Experience working in a multinational or cross-border environment is an added advantage.
