Reception & Facilities Coordinator, 12 months engagement (renewable) About the Role: If you love creating meaningful experiences, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person everyone trusts — this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a people-first mindset to help shape a workplace that employees love coming to every day. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Coordinate facilities maintenance/repairs with service providers and update stakeholders. Manage mailroom operations including handling, distribution and tracking of packages. Act as the main point of contact for employee workplace enquiries and feedback. Support employee engagement activities and assist drivers/passengers with app-related concerns. Manage office resources — supplies, inventory, locker allocation and meeting room setups. Provide regular workplace reports and act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
