1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. Manage new-hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation. 2. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal systems. Handle employee lifecycle documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, exits). Assist in payroll inputs — attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, etc. Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules. 3. Employee Relations & EngagementAddress employee queries and grievances professionally. Conduct employee engagement activities, events, and surveys. Support initiatives that promote a healthy workplace environment. 4. Performance ManagementCoordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles. Assist in goal setting, appraisal tracking, and documentation. Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required. 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs by coordinating with department heads. Organize internal/external training sessions or workshops. Track training outcomes and maintain training records. 6. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies. Handle statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) with compliance accuracy. 7. Exit ManagementManage resignation/termination processes, exit interviews, and documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders for full & final settlement. Analyse attrition trends and suggest improvements
