We are looking for a technically strong Assistant Manager, Pre-Sales & Business Development to drive business growth and support integrated security solutioning across commercial, government, industrial, and residential projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong CCTV solutioning experience who are comfortable handling both client-facing business development and technical pre-sales responsibilities. Candidates with hands-on experience in IP CCTV systems, integrated security solutions, tender submissions, and solution design are highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client ManagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, government, industrial, and residential sectors Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Security Managers, IT Managers, and Procurement teams Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events, and project discussions Support sales growth, account development, and business expansion initiatives Pre-Sales & Security SolutioningConduct site surveys, technical assessments, and requirement gathering Design and propose integrated security solutions based on client needs Strong involvement in CCTV solutioning is required, including:IP CCTV SystemsVideo Management Systems (VMS)Access Control SystemsIntrusion Detection & Alarm SystemsIntegrated Security Platforms Prepare technical solution proposals, architecture diagrams, schematics, and documentation Ensure proposed solutions meet operational, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements Tender & Proposal ManagementSupport RFP/RFQ and tender submissions Prepare technical proposals, compliance documents, BOQs, and tender c
