Responsibility: Execute sales retention strategies and plans to retain existing clients Conduct market research and analysis to gain insight into market competition and trends Implement new account development strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities Specify timely, accurate, and competitive pricing options in proposals to entice key clients and achieve desired profit margins Provide suggestions and feedback for formulating new product offerings to enhance the organization's competitive position Engage clients to clarify issues pertaining to terms and conditions, and technical specifications in contracts Follow-up on the list of existing retail contracts that are due for renewal Maintain the client contact database to ensure it is up-to-date and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act Update clients with the latest information pertaining on market trends and technical development Liaise with internal departments on customer accounts to ensure smooth end- to-end client service experience Manage clients in cases of sudden increases in consumption or tonnage Rectify technical issues for clients during the sales process Maintain strategic partnerships to shorten sales cycles and increase revenue and business growth Maintain records of sales, pricing, and activity reports Identify potential new business avenues and platforms through existing and potential client base Requirements Min Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Experience in waste management or environmental related role preferred Must possess own license & vehicle
