The role is responsible for assuring, monitoring, and diagnosing Sales & Leasing performance across all asset classes at Qiddiya.
You will lead the Performance Excellence function by establishing governance frameworks, managing QA/QC standards, and overseeing mystery shopper programs.
This position requires conducting root cause analyses to identify systemic risks and defining corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
