Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department Lead, guide, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and performance standards Plan manpower allocation, workflows, and operational priorities effectively Review and improve processes, policies, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational analysis Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, customers, and authorities where necessary Handle escalations, operational issues, and decision-making matters promptly and professionally Support Management in strategic planning, business improvements, and organisational initiatives Drive employee engagement, team collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department Participate in audits, projects, and company-wide initiatives as assigned RequirementsDegree in relevant discipline preferred Minimum 6–8 years of relevant working experience, including supervisory or managerial experience Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Mature, independent, and results-oriented Strong organisational and team management capabilities
