Job Summary The Demand & Supply Planning Executive is a newly created role within the Supply Chain function, responsible for building and managing the demand planning function for the international business (AA, EMEA, APAC). The role will establish foundational planning processes, forecasting approaches, and data structures, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure practical and scalable implementation. Given the evolving nature of the function, the role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable building while executing, and able to operate effectively in a less structured environment. At the same time, this role offers an unique opportunity to be part of the founding team building the department from the ground up. Job Description: Build and implement baseline demand planning processes, frameworks, and forecasting models Develop and continuously refine demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs Incorporate key demand drivers such as promotions, tenders, new product introductions (NPI), and product lifecycle changes (phase-in / phase-out, EOL) Establish and maintain SKU master data and customer data to support reliable planning and reporting Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and variances; identify root causes and implement improvements Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate commercial insights into forecasts Translate business plans into clear demand signals for supply planning and execution Identify gaps (e.g. shortages, excess risks) and drive resolution through cross-functional coordination Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and data quality Skills / Other Requirement 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related roles within the FMCG industry Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) Strong capability in demand forecasting, with hands-o
