Responsibilities Executive Support Manage and maintain schedule of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director and ensure that he/she is prepared beforehand Handle and screen all forms of correspondences, including calls, emails, faxes, post, etc. on behalf of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director Conduct research, analysis on subject matters and advise Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director on appropriate responses and next steps Assist Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director in other aspects such as personal finance, social and community engagements Co-ordinate with senior managers on corporate activities General Administration Prepare reports, letters, memos, proposals, presentations and other documents Document all correspondences neatly and securely, and ensure accessibility Organise and attend meetings, and record minutes Arrange travel activities of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director, including visas and accommodations People Management Supervise and verify attendance of dispatch cum personal driver assigned to Executive Chairman Requirements Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields At least 5 years of relevant experience Proficient in English and Chinese language Knowledge of office management and basic accountingprocedures Familiar with research methods and reporting techniques High level of integrity and initiative Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized and energetic
