Role OverviewThis is a part-time, on-site role in Singapore for an O-Level Physics Teaching Specialist. You will take ownership of delivering structured, high-quality lessons that build conceptual clarity, sharpen problem-solving, and prepare students to perform at distinction level. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver clear, structured, and engaging O-Level Physics lessons aligned with the latest syllabus Design and refine curriculum materials, worksheets, and revision programmes Train students in exam strategy, question breakdown, and answering precision Conduct and lead practical laboratory sessions, focusing on:Experimental designData analysisApplication of concepts Diagnose learning gaps and implement targeted interventions Build a high-expectation, high-support classroom environment Track student progress and provide precise, actionable feedback to students and parents What We’re Looking ForStrong academic foundation in O-Level Physics (teaching experience preferred) Ability to simplify complex concepts with clarity and precision Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development Familiarity with the Singapore O-Level syllabus and exam standards Confident classroom presence with strong student engagement skills Degree
