LocationSimei / Bedok About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a community hospital setting. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, supporting their recovery and quality of life through patient-centred care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation, and treatment to patients Develop and implement appropriate, individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments Adhere to established clinical protocols, guidelines, and procedures Engage patients and caregivers in discussions on therapy goals, progress, and care planning Provide training, guidance, and supervision to Therapy Assistants to ensure quality service delivery Assist in coordinating staff deployment and caseload management to support service continuity Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes RequirementsRecognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Speech Therapist Prior experience in a community hospital setting is advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment ⚡ Immediate Hiring – Apply Now If you’re ready to level up your Speech Therapist career and work that truly matters, don’t wait. 📩 Apply today or email your updated resume to sam@recruitco.com.sg (Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.)
