  • 18-20+ years enterprise architecture experience
  • Deep Microsoft Azure architecture expertise
  • Extensive Databricks Lakehouse and Unity Catalog knowledge
  • AI/ML platform design and agentic AI orchestration
  • Governance, security, and compliance implementation

Nice-to-have

  • Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences domain experience
  • HIPAA, GxP, FDA, or 21 CFR Part 11 familiarity
  • Unstructured data processing at scale skills
  • Event streaming and CDC pattern experience
  • Strong executive storytelling and mentorship abilities

Key Requirements

  • 18-20+ years progressive architecture experience
  • Azure certifications (AZ-305/AZ-104) preferred
  • Databricks or Security certifications preferred
