ResponsibilitiesProcess all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all types of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns courteously and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in. Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by superior Requirements1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity; relevant experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
