Job Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) processes for PPVC and building works. Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Review and coordinate inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submissions. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters. Monitor rectification works and ensure timely closure of quality issues and defects. Maintain proper QAQC documentation, reports, inspection records, and handover documentation. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications. Support project completion, TOP, and handover processes. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Experience in PPVC projects will be an advantage. Familiar with local building regulations, quality standards, and inspection procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good coordination and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications. Working location : Pasir Ris
