Job Summary

  • As the Project Manager, you have experience working in a professional services environment, lead various project solutions for clients with direct accountability of the project deliverables are met according to the timelines and standards established.
  • Manage multiple projects in various locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and completion.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years' project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • experience managing construction projects
  • familiarity with proposal writing
  • familiarity with analytical reviews
  • familiarity with estimating
  • familiarity with interiors
  • general understanding of construction drawings
  • ability to travel
  • knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • complete basic financial analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
