Job responsibilities: 1. Delivery Coordination Align factory production schedules with company delivery requirements. Ensure that goods are shipped on time according to the agreed schedule. Communicate any production or shipping delays to relevant teams. 2. Order Management Track purchase orders from placement to delivery. Confirm order quantities, lead times, and delivery dates with the factory. Adjust schedules based on changing demand or unforeseen delays. 3. Communication & Problem Solving Serve as the main point of contact between the factory and internal teams. Address issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Escalate major problems to management and propose solutions. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of deliveries, delays, and schedule adjustments. Provide regular updates to management on order status. Ensure all transactions comply with company procurement policies. 5. Efficiency & Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and suggest improvements. Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize receiving and storage. Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining quality Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity Proven experience as a Planner or in a planning-related role. Strong ability to analyze information quickly and accurately. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
