Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
NEBOSH International Diploma
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent
RICS certification in Property Management or Facilities Management
Green building certification
Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) - Indonesia Ministry of Manpower certification
12+ years progressive HSSE leadership experience
5+ years in property management, real estate, or asset management
5+ years Indonesia commercial real estate experience
Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
