Job Summary You will perform cold calling to prospects and set appointments using provided scripts and training. This role involves clear communication to engage prospects and schedule meetings effectively. No sales activities are required. Responsibilities Use provided scripts to conduct cold calls to prospects Schedule appointments with interested parties Follow training guidelines to maintain consistent and professional communication during calls Manage and track appointment setting outcomes Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handover of appointments for further action Adapt call approach based on prospects' responses to improve appointment setting success Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting to handle client interactions confidently and efficiently Other Information Salary: $10 to $15 per hour Full-time position may be offered after performance review Working location: Office near Telok Ayer MRT; work-from-home options available Working hours: Flexible, 4 to 8 hours daily between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (except Public holidays)
