Support Solution Consultants in BRD sessions to gain a deep understanding of client needs and proposed solutions. Support Solution Consultants during BRD finalization by conducting hands-on testing in NetSuite to confirm that proposed solutions are viable and align with NetSuite’s capabilities, identifying any potential gaps or limitations. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, refining it based on client feedback and Solution Consultants’ clarification of requirements to ensure deliverables align with client expectations. Develop change Request documents in collaboration with Technical Consultants, identifying gaps in BRD documents and outlining required modifications or custom solutions to address these gaps. Set up, test, and complete the NetSuite application configuration, ensuring precise alignment with BRD requirements and client needs.
