Job Description & Requirements The successful candidate will work with the team in managing a portfolio of clients, including SGX-listed entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, and other regulatory frameworks. This role involves handling complex corporate secretarial tasks, advisory services, and supporting governance for listed companies. Responsibilities Incorporate new companies, register foreign branches, and handle striking-off procedures. Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, AGM/EGM materials, and maintain statutory registers. Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA. Draft and release announcements via SGXNET and prepare Board/Committee meeting materials. Attend meetings and perform accurate minute-taking Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of corporate secretarial experience; listed company experience preferred. Pursuing or holding ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification is an advantage. Proficient in corporate secretarial documentation, filings, and regulatory platforms (BizFile+, SGXNet). Knowledge of Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and corporate governance; SGX Listing Rules experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional judgment and discretion. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with board portal or entity management systems is an advantage.
