Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, caulking, priming, patching) Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Follow blueprints, work orders, and design specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ensure proper care and maintenance of painting tools and equipment Deliver high-quality finishes and meet deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a painter (2+ years preferred) Familiarity with painting tools, materials, and techniques Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and climb ladders Good communication and time-management skills
