Nanyang Institute of Social Sciences (NISS) is an institute of higher education registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) under the Ministry of Education of Singapore, aiming to create a lifelong learning platform that incorporates quality higher education resources from the East and the West. We are now inviting applications for the position Marketing Manager, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of the School’s academic programmes, leading the marketing team to build and scale the function, and overseeing overall marketing performance. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies across all social media and online channels. Manage social media and online platforms, optimize advertising campaigns, and improve ROI. Oversee content direction and design style, driving continuous updates and iterations. Explore offline channels to achieve omnichannel coverage. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred. Experience in marketing team management, project management, or the higher education sector is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital channels, includingadvertising operations. Skilled in a variety of marketing tools and techniques, including graphic design and video editing. Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese is required as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking partner universities, faculty members, students, and external organizations, as well as developing and managing marketing content in Chinese
