Must-have
Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Critical Care
Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Cardiology
Full component of ICU skills including ECMO
Experience managing neonates with CHD
Collaboration with multidisciplinary cardiac team
Nice-to-have
3-5 years post-training experience preferred
Solid interpersonal and clinical skills
Interest in heart failure and transplant program growth
Key Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
Unrestricted Texas Medical license
ACGME or AMA approved residency in pediatrics
Pediatric subspecialty training in cardiac critical care
American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification
