Job Summary

• This 8 or 12 week work placement programme is designed to support Service personnel transitioning into the civilian workplace within MBDA.
• Participants will gain in-depth sector experience by undertaking roles in Engineering, Operations, Procurement, or Corporate Support while being assigned a mentor.
• The scheme aims to provide a platform to highlight abilities with the goal of securing a permanent job offer at the end of the placement.
