Merchant Acquisition · To lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiating and development of necessary promotions · To own end-to-end merchant onboarding process up to contracting and/or renewals 2. Account Management · In charge of sales targets of merchants under your care and is the primary contact for your merchants. · Continually review performance of your merchants, work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas to grow sales which may include range expansion, marketing, partnerships etc. · Maintain good relationship and provide value add to your partners for long term collaboration. 3. Business and operations · Responsible for merchant level performance analysis and supporting monthly business reporting activities. · Resolve any merchant operations issues related to publication, orders, logistics and payments in a timely and effective manner · Work cross function with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive sales growth 4.
