Job TitleFinancial and Sales Assistant Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Financial and Sales Assistant to support our daily finance operations and sales coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing skills in both accounting and business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Support Assist in processing invoices and payments (Accounts Payable/Receivable) Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate financial records Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking Assist in preparing simple financial reports Provide administrative support for tax filing matters (e.g. coordination of documents for Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) Sales & Operations Support Assist in processing customer orders and preparing quotations Maintain customer records and sales data Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment Provide general administrative support to the sales team RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (training will be provided) Good communication and organisational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Mandatory)Prior internship or working experience in admin / finance / sales support Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems Salary RangeSGD 2,000 – 2,500 (commensurate with experience) Work LocationSingapore
