Responsibilities Collect soiled linens from guest rooms, housekeeping pantries, and designated drop-off points Assist in the preparation and delivery of guest laundry services when required. Assist in the sorting and issuing staff uniforms to employees and maintains uniform records. Responsible for restocking, checking, and assembling linen supplies and inventory. Ensure timely delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to all internal and external clients. Maintain accurate records of linen usage, shortages, and damages. Handle all guests’ requests in a professional and courteous manner. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally. Requirements No education required Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Team oriented with a positive attitude Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Able to use basic computer systems to log linen records and inventory.
