Job Scope: Configure, test, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and IT equipment Support data centre and hardware refurbishment operations Perform diagnostics and failure analysis on IT hardware Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues Handle IT asset tracking and inventory management Support process improvements and operational efficiency Work with engineering and operations teams on technical projects Ensure data security and compliance during hardware handling Prepare technical reports and update documentation Requirement: Basic knowledge of servers, storage, networking, or computer hardware Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Familiar with Windows/Linux environments is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced operations or data center environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn and handle hands-on technical work
