Duties and Responsibilities 1. Operation Management · Oversee the full spectrum of laundry and linen services within the Home, ensuring smooth, efficient, and hygienic end-to-end operations. · Ensure timely collection, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of residents’ personal clothing and facility linens. · Coordinate and ensure prompt delivery of clean laundry to residents’ rooms and all departments, maintaining service timelines. · Implement proper segregation of soiled and clean items in accordance with infection control protocols. 2. Staff Supervision & Training · Supervise laundry staff to ensure duties are carried out efficiently and in compliance with established procedures. · Plan staff deployment and schedules to meet operational needs. · Provideon-the-job training and guidance on proper laundry handling, infection control practices, and equipment usage. · Monitor staff performance and address any gaps to maintain service standard. 3.
