Job Summary Kingsmen Creatives Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Human Resources to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic HR initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support and play a key role in developing and implementing people-focused policies, programmes, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Support the full spectrum of recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding administration Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives Partner with line managers to address HR-related queries, employee relations matters, and performance management issues Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including salary computation, statutory contributions, claims, deductions, and payroll reporting Administer employee benefits and manage other HR operational processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, statutory regulations, and company policies, including payroll-related requirements Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organisational transformation and employee well-being Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a shared services environment Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory submissions, and claims administration Familiarity with CPF submissions, IRAS tax clearance, annual income tax reporting, NS Make-Up Pay (MUP), as well as childcare and maternity leave
