The External Manufacturing Product Team Lead (EMPT) is accountable to lead and manage the relationship with the End-to-End External Partners & Suppliers within the EMPT perimeter, as the primary point of contact to ensure the on-time & in-full manufacturing and distribution of products supplied by EM&S.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
Experience in operational roles
Understanding of data management and IA digital products
Experience with end-to-end product & industrial strategy
Strong analytical skills
Exposure to budgeting and forecasting
Good command of KPI target setting & monitoring
Experience with drug substance operations is strongly preferred
Project/program management experience is extremely helpful
Working knowledge within biotech/pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
