Key Responsibilities: Prepare for and rehearse for performances, ensuring readiness for scheduled shows or events. Engage with audiences and adapt performances to suit audience types. Take direction from creative professionals and incorporate feedback to enhance performance quality. Contribute ideas to improve or modify performances, bringing fresh perspectives to the artistic process. Understand the technical aspects of performances, costume, makeup, and other performance-related requirements to ensure the overall quality of the performance. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in at least one form of performance art (acting, singing, dancing, music, etc.). Experience in live performances, or related fields is preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. A passion for the arts and a dedication to continuous improvement.
