Key Responsibilities: Manage the design & architectural implementation across all physical retail brands. Leading the execution of store layouts, fixture development, & helping to maintain vendor/architectural partnerships. Partner with the Physical Retail teams to ensure design supports and enhances brand, marketing, merchandising, store operations, IT, etc. Work with cross functional teams to develop test fits for new locations Manage initial and ongoing design elements such as fixturing, lighting and store design based on key business learnings Support Senior Managers in developing project management timeline, design budget, and communications to relevant stakeholders Facilitates vendor relationships including contracts, budgets & timelines. Onboarding and RFP experience preferred. Support the Senior Managers in prototype development and package revisions for each store concept Manage samples, specifications and fixture design guides for established prototype concepts Requirements: 5 years in retail design, store planning, architectural prototype design, or architectural project management. Store design and project management experience required. Degree in architecture, interior design, and industrial design preferred.
