Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Manufacturing Position Title: QC Technician Working Location: Loyang Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.45pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit first article samples for approval. Create packaging specifications. Develop inspection plans for products. Support inspection processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts. Train inspectors and operators on quality check points and measurement methods. Work with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues. Ensure documents and records comply with ISO quality standards. Assist Engineers as needed. Manage and maintain all measuring and testing equipment. Help Engineers update monthly quality control reports, such as supplier performance. Assist Engineers or Managers in collecting and compiling data for reports. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with OGP Smartscope, CMM, or other measuring tools.
