he Senior Product Marketer drives the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for NTUC LearningHub’s training programmes. This role works closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to develop effective campaigns that generate leads, support revenue targets, and strengthen market positioning. Key Responsibilities Optimise performance marketing campaigns across key platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and programme enrolments. Work closely with Product Marketing and Acquisition teams to strategise, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and assist with community-related marketing initiatives. Support the Sales team with effective sales enablement materials (e.g. brochures, placemats, and marketing collaterals) to improve customer engagement and conversion. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Other Job competencies At least 3-5 years’ experience across integrated campaigns management, product marketing, acquisition marketing and corporate marketing. Experience in performance marketing is a bonus Ability to work under minimal supervision – the incumbent should bring along experience in project management and have a good track record of stakeholder management. Open to a multi-functional, hands-on role. A proactive team player with a passion to drive results and efficiency, demonstrating accountability to drive all projects on hand. S/He should be meticulous with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the industry or discipline. Analytical mind who is savvy with analysing campaign performance.
