Skills & Requirements
Must-have
CPA or international equivalent designation
8+ years accounting and financial reporting experience
Deep IFRS technical expertise including IFRS 9 and 13
Team management and change management capability
Experience with complex financial instruments and derivatives
Nice-to-have
CFA, CAIA or similar certification pursuit
Prior audit experience specializing in IFRS engagements
Familiarity with PCAFR carbon accounting standards
Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
Experience with Workiva platform
Key Requirements
Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
8+ years relevant experience with progressive management responsibilities
Legal authorization to work in Canada
