Responsibilities Deliver Yang Sheng, Meridian massage, Gua Sha, Tuina, and Cupping treatments that meet high-quality standards to enhance client wellness Apply Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including meridian theory and body constitution analysis, to personalise treatment plans for each client Conduct thorough client consultations to assess wellness needs and recommend tailored wellness programmes Provide a refined, professional, and empathetic guest experience that fosters client trust and satisfaction Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Holistic Massage or equivalent ITEC / CIBTAC / WSQ certification Sound knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and techniques Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in TCM wellness therapy Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays Time : 945am to 645pm / 1130am to 830pm Professional, patient, and service-oriented mindset Benefits: Attractive hands-on fees, KPI bonuses, and commission
