Role: MobileCore Network Ops Engineer (4G/5G) Location: Singapore We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Mobile Core Network OpsEngineer (4G/5G) to support critical telecom infrastructure and ensure seamlessnetwork operations. About theRole You will beresponsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 4G/5G corenetwork systems, ensuring high service availability and performance, includingsupport for international roaming services. KeyResponsibilities Manage and support 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (e.g., IMS, HSS, UDM, SBC, MSS, etc.) to ensure smooth network operations Perform system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimisation Monitor network performance, KPIs, and alarms to maintain service quality Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end network issues across core systems Collaborate with local providers and international roaming partners for testing and service assurance Implement security hardening and vulnerability management to mitigate risks Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation Requirements Degree in Electronics, Communications, Networking, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Telco industry Strong knowledge of 4G/5G core networks and call flows Familiarity with protocols such as IMS, VoLTE, SS7, Diameter, SIP, SCTP Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting (end-to-end) Exposure to VoLTE roaming and IREG testing Understanding of network and application security Knowledge of IP networking (switching & routing) Experience working with Linux and virtualised environments Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Shell) UEN: 202329526G EA Licence: 23S2061
