About the TeamThe Recruitment Coordination team supports end-to-end hiring activities across technology and engineering functions. The team partners closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and HR stakeholders to deliver a smooth and professional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews and recruitment activities across multiple hiring teams Manage interview scheduling and interviewer coordination efficiently Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records Support resume routing and recruitment administration processes Ensure recruitment activities are completed in accordance with established procedures and timelines Work collaboratively with local and global stakeholders across different time zones Handle multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Comfortable learning new systems and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, administration, or custom
