To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management Assist in planning schedule Promote positive work environment Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline Any other duties as may be assigned by management Accept to work night shift and split shift Accept work OT on weekends and public holiday
